Jennifer Weise is an attorney at Grabel & Associates who previously spent nearly 15 years as a state prosecutor. She brings this wealth of experience to her present-day practice as a criminal defense attorney. Mrs. Weise joined Grabel & Associates in 2017 as an Associate Attorney after spending over a decade as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney at the Ottawa County Prosecutor’s Office. During her time there, Mrs. Weise continually advanced within the office and finished her time at the Ottawa County Prosecutor’s Office as a Senior Trial Attorney. Prior to that, Mrs. Weise spent three years working as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Calhoun County Prosecutor’s Office. In both of these positions, Mrs. Weise authorized and prosecuted many criminal cases which helped her gain critical insight that is put to use today in every drunk driving case that she now defends as a criminal defense attorney. Mrs. Weise’s knowledge of how a prosecutor assembles and prosecutes drunk driving cases has helped lead to success for her clients today as an attorney with Grabel & Associates.
Mrs. Weise is a Michigan native, growing up in Grand Rapids, MI. She is a graduate of Forest Hills Northern High School, and the University of Michigan. Mrs. Weise finished her studies by earning a law degree from the University of Toledo Law School. Mrs. Weise began her legal career in 2003 after she passed the Michigan bar exam and was granted her license.
